Adventures in Wales
Wales quite simply captivated me on a recent trip there. I was amazed and exhilarated by all the adventure, beauty, and serenity the country has to offer. My coverage of the story was split up into three parts, each highlighting a different region of the country, activities to do, and places to stay:
- Conwy & Conwy Castle
- Nant Gwrtheyrn
- Welsh language
- Abersoch Sailing
- Welsh Highland Steam Railway
- Portmeirion
- Castle Dining
- Coed-y-Brenin & Snowdonia National Park
- Mountain Biking
- Castell-y-Bere
- Staylittle Mountain Pass
- The Yurt Farm & Organic Farming
- Coastal Wales (recently given the number one spot on Lonely Planet’s guide to the top 10 regions to visit in 2012)
- Pembrokeshire
- St. David’s
- Coasteering
- St. Ann’s Head Lighthouse
- Cardiff & Cardiff Castle
- Whitewater Rafting
And for a little video taste of the adventure:
